Once your concept has been developed, we have over 20 years of experience using SolidWorks CAD software to turn your idea into a set of complete engineering drawings ready for quoting, manufacture and assembly. We can use finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) techniques as required to optimise and improve designs prior to manufacture in order to reduce the number of prototype iterations.
Photorealistic images, animations, videos and exploded views of your design can be created at any stage of the project. These can be very valuable in conveying your design to others and make a huge impact when securing investment for your product, but can also be used in literature such as sales and marketing brochures, technical documentation, assembly instructions and website graphics. |

Prototype

Any stage of a design project can benefit from prototyping the design for a number of reasons. For example in the early stages it can be used to convey the general idea and size of the design, it can be useful during the design process to prove the form and function of an individual component, and at the end of a project a fully working prototype can be vital for market research and securing further investment.
We have in-house 3D printing and machining capabilities, plus a network of local machinists, fabricators, injection moulders and electronic engineers who can assist with any type of project. |
